What is the difference between OG tags and Twitter card tags?

Open Graph (OG) tags are used by most social platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn. Twitter has its own meta tags (twitter:card, twitter:title, etc.) but will fall back to OG tags if Twitter-specific tags are not present. For best results, include both sets of tags on your pages.
